In June 2019, after fifteen years of working tirelessly in the commercial construction industry in the greater Los Angeles area, Adolfo Espinoza created and founded his lifelong dream, Icon Contracting.

ICON Contracting is based in Sherman Oaks, a neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. Located at 15233 Ventura Blvd., this centralized office supports not only clientele in the LA County area, but also Orange and Ventura counties as well.

Our clients ranges from small startups looking to build their first office, to large enterprises building vertical campuses in Southern California.
